View Work Package Status

For more information about the earned value techniques (EVT) available in EVMax, see the table in the Earned Value topic.

1. Select Home > Earned Value in the Navigation Menu. The main EVMax window displays.
2. Select your project from the Project dropdown in the Ribbon Menu.
3. Expand the WBS hierarchy as needed to view the work packages.
4. Select the work package row in the top pane. This enables the Work Package tab in the bottom pane, Add/Edit tab window.

5. Select the Status EVT tab to view the Baseline, Actual, and Forecast start and end dates as well as other status details depending on the EVT assigned to the work package.

   Tip:

   For material assumption work packages assigned the Quantities EVT, you can use the Resource BOM window to View the Actual Costs BOM.
